預訂及付款部分

  • 請到 kayarine.club 選擇租借服務，將所有需要的設備加入購物車。我們接受 Stripe 支付（信用卡、支付寶（內地版）、微信支付（內地版）），Stripe 可以即時確認訂單，訂單狀態會顯示為Processing。
  • 另外，我們建議使用 FPS 或 PayMe 付款，這兩種方式需由我們人工確認訂單，請按照付款頁或電子郵件內的指示完成付款。一旦收到訂單，我們會保留設備，若未收到確認郵件也請放心，除非你收到取消通知電郵，否則我們依然會為您保留設備。

即使未即時收到電郵，也會保留設備；可聯絡客服查詢。

  • 設備可於以下地點提取： Kayarine 地點
  • 到場前，您可以在附近的西貢運動場或壁球場更換衣物。營業點附近有公眾停車場，但假日可能會較為擁擠。

Kayarine will provide a storage point. Our store will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please refrain from storing valuable items when using the luggage storage service.

In no circumstances should luggage storage be used for the following purposes:
Storing any flammable, corrosive, or hazardous items such as explosives, firearms, ammunition, or other types of items is strictly prohibited.
Storing any illegal or unlawfully used items is strictly prohibited.

If our store suspects that the stored luggage contains any of the aforementioned illegal items, we reserve the right to inspect it without prior notice.

改期和退款政策

Rental Service

  • 公司將盡可能提供足夠改期彈性予顧客，但公司保留根據不作更改的權利，我們建議客戶至少於出發日前一天提出更改需要。若當天有天氣警告（例如雷暴警告、風球或暴雨警告），則可以無條件即日改期。如有特殊原因想在即日改期，請先與職員IG聯絡。
  • 我們提供 3次無限制改期服務，在此之後，若無特殊原因將無法改期。

要先聯絡職員，當天改期需經職員確認。

  • 出發前一小時如果天文台發出黃色或以上的暴雨警告/雷暴警告，該活動將會取消。
  • 出發期間如果天文台發出黃色或以上的暴雨警告/雷暴警告，根據天氣情況，可能會安排沿岸活動或回航。此情況下不提供退款。

通常於收到完整申請後7個工作日內處理完成。

Tour

  • 在出發日前2天，參加者可以與領隊討論並決定是否按原計劃出發或改期。如果因為天氣原因，參加者需要進行第二次改期，則可以選擇全額退款。
  • 如出發前一小時天文台發出黃色或以上的暴雨警告/雷暴警告，活動將會取消，參加者可以改期或退款。
  • 出發期間若天文台發出黃色或以上的暴雨警告/雷暴警告，領隊會根據天氣情況安排沿岸活動或回航，但此情況下不會提供退款。
  • 若天文台在活動一小時前發出黃色或以上的暴雨警告/雷暴警告，活動會被取消，且不提供退款。
  • 若活動進行中發生雷暴或暴雨警告，我們會根據天氣情況安排沿岸活動或回航，此情況不予退款。

由Kayarine更改旅程內容

  • 雖然公司將盡一切合理可能按計劃提供您的旅行行程和/或服務，但公司保留根據需要更改行程、交通或住宿的權利。
  • 此類情況的示例包括但不限於因以下原因改變旅行地點或交通安排：突發天氣變化、水域條件突然變化、設備可用性、我們無法控制的事故、其他不可抗力。
  • 然而，在極少數情況下，如果我們需要對您的旅行的實質部分進行重大更改（例如更改日期），我們將盡快通知您，以便您決定如何繼續。在這種情況下，您將有權：
    • i. 接受同等或更高價格的替代旅程（如果我們能夠提供），或
    • ii. 接受質量較低的替代旅程（在這種情況下，原始和替代旅程之間的價格差額將退還給您）；或
    • iii. 取消您的預訂並獲得您支付的所有款項的全額退款。
